Wayne Vernon Stephens, 69, of Manchester, Ohio passed away on Friday November 18, 2022 at his residence. He was born June 12, 1953. He is preceded in death by parents: Loren and Ruth Lillian Stephens; one son, Anthony Wayne Stephens; one sister, Cheryl Gehrum and one brother, Robert Davis.

Wayne is survived by significant other, Joyce Hamblin of Manchester; one daughter, Evelyn Ruth Stephens of Cincinnati; one son, Bryan Stephens of Cincinnati; three sisters: Marion R. Baker of Cincinnati, Judy Vrablic of Baltimore, Maryland and Brenda Strausbaugh of Cincinnati; one brother, Ronald Stephens of Cincinnati; one niece, Amanda Baker and four nephews: Michael Gehrum, Robert Gehrum, Brandon Gehrum and Darrell Stephens.

Mr. Stephens will be cremated. There are no services at this time.
