Virgil Lee Phipps, 88, of West Union, Ohio died Sunday, March 8, 2026 at ACRMC - Hospice Unit in Seaman. Virgil was born December 17, 1937 in Adams County. He was preceded by parents: Leslie Lee Phipps and Ethel Garnet (Covert) Phipps.

Graveside Funeral is 1 PM Friday, March 13, 2026 at West Union Cemetery.
