Tyrone Cozmyk, 80, of West Union, Ohio passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Adams County Regional Medical Center in Seaman. He was born January 21, 1943 in Logan, West Virginia.  He is preceded in death by parents: Peter and Osa Thelma (Nesbit) Cozmyk; one son, Kelley Cozmyk and one sister, Rita Hunt.

Tyrone is survived by one daughter, Amy Hempfling; many grandchildren and great grandchildren and four brothers: Roger Cozmyk, Michael Cozmyk, Jon Cozmyk and Alan Cozmyk.

Mr. Cozmyk will be cremated.  There will be no services at this time.
