Mary Alice Brewer

Mary Alice Brewer, 95, of Hyde Park in Cincinnati, Ohio died Sunday December 8, 2019 at Hyde Park Health Center in Cincinnati. She was born October 21, 1924 at Brooksville, Kentucky. She was preceded by parents, Frederick Washington Jibb and Emma Catherine Weisman.
Mary is survived by her children: Eleanor Diane Rohs of Hyde Park, and
James Kim (Jan) Brewer of Flemingsburg; brother, Albert Jibb of Cynthiana; sister,
Martha Jibb of Brooksville; four grandchildren: Amy Rohs, M.D., Craig Brewer, Michael Rohs Jr M.D., Kevin Thacker; five great grandchildren Tucker Brewer, Jaxon Brewer, Michael Rohs III, Brittany Wilson and Shaelyn Wilson.
Mary is a former employee of Prather’s IGA; A.R.A Corporation; and U.S. Shoe Company, all in West Union. She was a member of the West Union Church of Christ; Liberty Township Homemakers; the Adams County Hospital Auxiliary; the Liberty Township Grange; and the Adams County Democrat Club.
The visitation is Thursday, December 12, 2019 from 12 until 2 pm at Lafferty Funeral Home in West Union. The funeral is Thursday at 2 pm. Pastor Ron Baker will officiate.
The interment is at Kirker Cemetery in Liberty Township.
