Hilda Fultz Allen, 87, of West Union, Ohio formerly of Scioto County, passed away on Monday, May 8, 2023 at her residence. She was born February 12, 1936. She is preceded in death by parents: Thomas E. and Vina (Bloomfield) Fultz; husband, Forest Fultz; two grandchildren and several brothers and sisters.
Hilda is survived by two daughters: Debora Davis of West Union and Alifare Peck of Rarden; seven grandchildren: Don Harless II and Hilary Pratt; James Snyder and Ashley; Cecil Snyder; Billy Sullivan and wife Marcella Sullivan; Timothy Harless and wife; and Joshua Bailey; numerous great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
Hilda was a devoted Christian, mother, grandmother and wife. She enjoyed spending time with family and listening to gospel music.
The funeral service is 11 AM Monday May 15, 2023 at Lafferty Funeral Home in West Union. Pastor Ron Fultz will officiate.
The visitation is 10 AM. The Celebration of Life is 2:30 - 3:30 PM Monday at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Chapel, 5600 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213.
