Debbie Rankin Nichols, 67, of Winchester, Ohio passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2019 at her home. She is preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Thelma (Alexander) Ramsey, siblings, Gayla Ramsey and Gary Ramsey, and son, Teddy Rankin.

Debbie is survived by her sons, Matthew Rankin of Winchester and Bruce Rankin of Cincinnati, Ohio.

She will be cremated. A memorial service was held on Friday, October 4, 2019.
