David L. Carver, 79, of Stout, passed away April 28, 2025 at Adams County Hospice Center in Seaman, Ohio.

David was a retired laborer from Local #83.

David enjoyed taxi-dermy, root digging, vacations, and spending time outdoors.

He is survived by his wife Cindy Carver, two daughters Judy Carver and Nancy Jenkins (Gary Blevins) and two sons Matt Carver and Steve Carver.

Family will hold a private service at a later time.
