John "Johnny" Roger Cook, Jr., 64, passed away August 15, 2025 at the Adams County Regional Medical Center in Seaman, Ohio. Johnny was born on February 9, 1961 to the late John Roger Cook, Sr. and Joan Arlene (Shope) Cook.

Johnny was preceded by parents and infant brother, Matthew.

Johnny is lovingly remembered by Tammy Lynn (Whaley) Cook, mother of his four children: Jonathan, Jessica (Josh), Jeremy (Cayla) and Justin; brother, Gary (Patty); sister, Debbie (Arnie); grandchildren: Lillian, Lexie and Lucas Couch; niece and nephews: Kayla, Ryan, Josh and Cameron.

A man of deep faith, Johnny was a devoted Christian whose life reflected his love for the Lord, his family, and his friends. He was an enthusiastic fan of the Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bengals, Ohio State University football and NASCAR. His kindness, loyalty, and unwavering spirit will be dearly missed.

A Celebration of Life will be at 3 PM on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at the West Union Church of Christ in Christian Union, 10895 State Route 41, West Union, Ohio 45693. Reverand Perry Porsch will officiate.
